We offer 2 types of products (“Product”):
- Spreadsheet (the “Spreadsheet”)- A product that you can purchase in the store and authorizes you to download the content in the form of a zip package only for the purchased product
- Membership (the “Membership”) – The product that entitles you to access the asset library. The content of the library is available before purchase on the website (https://luxtemplates.com/spreadsheet-library)
Your purchase of one of our products constitutes our granting to you of a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to download and access that product for the purpose of your own personal use and reference, and print or convert the product to an image or vector format for your own storage, retention and reference (the “purpose”). You agree that under no circumstances shall you use, or permit to be used, any product other than for the aforesaid purpose. For the avoidance of doubt, you shall not copy, re-sell, sublicense, rent out, share or otherwise distribute any of our products, whether modified or not, to any third party. You agree not to use any of our products in a way which might be detrimental to us or damage our reputation.
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions.

You can cancel your purchase of our product within 30 days from the date of purchase and receive a refund.
Our return policy is friendly, meaning customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please note that due to the electronic nature of the product, we have the right to refuse a return if we notice prohibited activities
Once a product has been purchased by you and downloaded, no right of cancellation or refund exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 due to the electronic nature of our products. Any refunds shall be at our sole and absolute discretion. You agree that under no circumstances whatsoever shall you initiate any chargebacks via your payment provider. You agree that any payments made by you for any of our products are final and may not be charged back. We reserve the right to alter any of our prices from time to time.

Warranties and Liability

responsibility whatsoever for the suitability of the product, and we

warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. You
agree to indemnify us against all liabilities, claims, demands,

User Representations

You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.We may change prices at any time.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order.
Our products are intended for use by end consumers or by business. This means that you cannot resell our products without our consent.
You may not sell a product that is a modified version of our product.
